This HIPlan Hawaii Agrifood Innovation Meetup will focused on Little Fire Ants in Hawaii.  It will convene at the Key Project Office in Kaneohe on February 29 at 5-7 pm.

Join us at KEY Project for an exciting discussion on new technology that gives Oʻahu a fighting chance against Little Fire Ants.  Many advancements have been made since the original discovery of this invasive pest species in 1999 that put us in a much better position than we ever have been before.  Speakers from Maui Invasive Species Council, Hawaii Ant Lab, and HDOA will share current strategies and new ideas being developed to make sure our grandchildrens grandchildren can enjoy Hawaii as we know it now.

Event runs from 5-7 PM with discussion, networking, and dinner.
