Accelerating Digital Transformation
September 17, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm HST
Digital Transformation has accelerated globally across private and public sectors. The trend has accelerated exponentially in response to the global COVID pandemic. To accomplish this we must develop and enhance our customer relationships in new ways focused on a 360 degree view of the customer. To do so, we must harness data utilizing advanced technology, such as machine learning while analyzing and visualizing that data to derive actionable insights. In addition we must enable our operations with digital solutions and automate processes for efficiency and invest in building out a culture of innovation, growing talent and setting up organizations to adapt how we work and engage internally and with our customers.
Servco Pacific will discuss their ongoing digital transformation and development of a customer 360 view and its impact to Team Servco, their processes and technology solutions.
