This session will provide an overview of the digital marketing landscape, including trends for the new year and what business owners need to keep in mind as they leverage the different platforms to promote their companies and products. This webinar is crafted for business owners and entrepreneurs who are new to digital marketing or would benefit from a refresher.

Ellen Ng | Founder, INOA.ai

Ellen is the founder of Inoa, a strategic advisory firm focusing on creating phygital experiences and social impact through e-commerce and non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Her corporate experience spans public and private companies in the tech, mobile and retail industries, with roles in strategic planning, go-to-market and e-commerce implementation. While serving as the Economic Development Specialist with the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation, a state agency under DBEDT, she guided more than 100 local companies in the strategic adoption of e-commerce and digital marketing for digital transformation during the pandemic. Born and raised in Singapore, Ellen’s international career brought her to Silicon Valley, Seoul and New Delhi, working for LG and Samsung. In 2021, she was selected by Pacific Business News as a 40 Under 40 Honoree for her work in economic development.
