Please join us on the morning of Saturday, January 11, 2020 for the launch of AERo Program L.I.V.E. (Launching Innovatively Vitalizing Education)

The Aeronautical Engineering and Robotics Program (AERo), is a next-generation STEM-based program utilizing quadcopter technology, blending robotics education with the excitement of drone racing. The program is designed to give students a conceptual understanding of newtonian mechanics, fluid dynamics, and electricity & magnetism. Participating students in the AERo Program will be tasked to design and build their team’s quadcopter to racing specifications. Students will also have the opportunity to experience our Flight Academy, which will teach them the knowledge of quadcopter safety, best practices, and expertise in FPV drone racing.

Light refreshments will be provided at the event & there is no fee associated to attend this event.

Students, parents, teachers, and educators Community Partners, and JCI members are invited!

Following the formal program, we will have action stations set up showcasing some elements of the AERo Program, such as the FPV gear, stations to practice flying on our simulators, and some other informational booths for the program.
