Hawaii Storytellers: Where I Live – Hilo
Friday, August 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm HST
This storytelling event will feature a diverse group of community members from the Hilo side of Hawaii Island, and will take place on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Palace Theater in downtown Hilo. The event will be hosted by Civil Beat Editor-At-Large, Naka Nathaniel. Register to attend in-person or receive the recording.
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. where you may register, participate in interactive activities and pre-purchase items at the concession stand. Entertainment provided by Genesis “Pililani” Pua-Kaipo will begin at 5:45 p.m. The official storyteller program will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
If you can’t make it live, a free recording will be sent to everyone who registers.
