(ISC)² Hawaii Chapter is honored to have Consulting Systems Engineers Scott Atta and Slavic Khomitch from World Wide Technology as our guest speakers for our September 15th meeting at WWT, 55 Merchant Street #2810, Honolulu, HI 96813.

Pleas note that prior this this presentation, the Officer Board will be conducting the annual chapter officer elections.

About the Speakers:

Scott Atta is currently a Consulting Systems Engineer with World Wide Technologies (WWT) responsible for providing trusted advisory and presales engagements with Department of Defense (DoD) customers in the Asia-Pacific region with over 15 years in the cyber security field.

Scott has been with WWT for the last 6 years with roles on both the pre-sales and professional services delivery teams. Prior to joining WWT, Scott spent 8 years performing a wide range technical cyber security roles within the DoD to include Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) analyst, Endpoint Security analyst, Incident Response, Malware Forensics, Blue/Red Teaming, serving as the CyberPac HBSS Pacific Region SME, and branch chief overseeing the development of new regional DCO capability to US Navy fleet assets operating in the Pacific region.

Slavic Khomitch is currently a Consulting Systems Engineer with World Wide Technology (WWT) responsible for providing IT solutions to SLED customers in the Hawaii with over 13 years of experience in the cyber security field.

Slavic has been with WWT for the last 10 years with roles on both the pre-sales and professional services architecture teams. Prior to joining WWT, Slavic worked for the Department of Defense (DOD) at Army Pacific Theater Network Operation Security Center (PAC –TNOSC). He was responsible for engineering and maintaining a total of 22 Enterprise Perimeter Defense Enclaves on classified and unclassified networks for United States Army Pacific Command and supporting 10,000+ users.

Registration Required. (ISC)² certified professional members receive one (1) Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for one (1) hour of attendance. Registration and (ISC)² ID# is required to receive CPE credit.
