The next WIT interview will feature May Wang, an Associate at Fin Venture Capital!

Brought to you by the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC), TRUE Initiative and Entrepreneurs Sandbox, the monthly Women in Tech series features female technologists who share their experiences working in the technology industry in technical and tech-adjacent roles. If you are looking to gain insights into different roles or thinking about transitioning into the technology sector, join us for this live, complimentary session over Zoom. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

In this WIT session, we will be speaking to May Wang, an Associate at Fin Venture Capital where she is responsible for sourcing investments, developing co-investment opportunities, maintaining board responsibilities, and adding operating value at portfolio companies. Prior to joining Fin, May was most recently an MBA associate at multiple VCs focused on Fintech and B2B investments. She also went to Poland to help a startup expand to Europe and launch the new office. May has worked in Goldman Sachs in Tokyo where she managed multi-billion-dollar liquidity assets for the company; and Capco, where she worked on global projects with major financial institutions clients as a consultant. May holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and speaks fluent Mandarin, Japanese and basic Spanish.

Please register by Tuesday, May 18th at 5pm (HST). After registration closes, we will send a Zoom link to all registered participants. If you are unable to register, please contact Shane at info@sandboxhawaii.org to be added to the waitlist.
