A conspiracy theory behind Filipino monsters and why I wrote 2 books about them. Choz Belen is a Filipino American award-winning writer, director and storyteller born and raised in New Jersey and graduate from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Mumu: Lost in Anito is his second graphic novel.

What is fun? Enter the Fun Scale, a hotly debated topic in the scientific and outdoor community for years that divides fun into 3 categories, the most contentious of which is type two fun. This type of fun has shaped my entire life and as I plan my biggest adventure yet, hiking over 2000 miles from Mexico to Canada, we will take a look at what drives a person to enjoy type two fun and in short give some context as to why in the heck I am like this.
