Listening and asking questions is essential to being a good leader, servicing clients well, and not to mention, being a great partner, parent, and friend. Questions, if asked appropriately, can create ease in conversation, get you the information you need most, and build a trusting bond with the other person. This is a very interactive class that will allow you to practice what you learn.

Bio: Tiffany Chang, Founder of Carved Paths Coaching, brings over 13 years of experience in Learning and Development and Organizational Development. She has led teams in a director/AVP level role and contributed to organization-wide initiatives in a variety of sectors including banking, retail, healthcare, real estate, and non-profit. This foundation has allowed her to understand the demands that leaders, organizations and employees face in today’s world.
