Join us to learn how non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are being used in regenerative finance to create a more sustainable future in Mongolia.

Did you know? Mongolia’s citizens are granted a birthright of 1.2 acres of land, a significant portion of which remains unused. As the 18th largest country by land mass, Mongolia grapples with severe environmental challenges such as deforestation, desertification, and air pollution.

Recognizing this unique scenario, Gerelmaa Georgina Batchuluun, a financial mathematician, and Peter Choe, a computer science engineer founded ORDA – an innovative ReFi (Regenerative Finance) platform that merges ESG principles with cutting-edge fintech solutions to capitalize on this $2 billion opportunity while creating positive social impact.

By harnessing the potential of the voluntary carbon market, which is poised for explosive growth, ORDA aims to address both environmental issues and financial potential. Conservative estimates forecast the voluntary carbon market to exceed a value of US$50 billion by 2050.

In this one-hour fireside chat, Georgina shares her vision of paving the way for a groundbreaking approach to regenerative finance using non-fungible tokens (NFTs) through ORDA. Leveraging transparent verification and near-instantaneous transactions, ORDA’s global platform enables the efficient and inclusive acquisition of premium natural resource-based carbon credits, including reforestation, restoration of nomadic grassland, agroforestry, and more. By investing in ORDA, angel investors have the extraordinary opportunity to support a sustainable future while unlocking substantial financial returns.

Brought to you by artist, Jana Ireijo, the Oak+Pine Community and Gather Co-Working, this session aims to onboard more women into technology, Web3 and the world of NFTs. It will be led by Ellen Ng, founder of Inoa.

Seats are limited so RSVP as soon as you can (ticket sales end on 9/11, Monday, 6PM HST)!
