The first Women in Tech interview of 2021 will feature Akemi Hiatt, Chief Marketing Officer and Owner of Hidden Gears. Please join us!

Brought to you by the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC), TRUE Initiative and Entrepreneurs Sandbox, the monthly Women in Tech series features female technologists who share their experiences working in the technology industry in technical and tech-adjacent roles. If you are looking to gain insights into different roles or thinking about transitioning into the technology sector, join us for this live, complimentary session over Zoom. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Join us as we kick off the new year with Akemi Hiatt of Hidden Gears, a Hawaii-based e-commerce and digital marketing firm. As Co-Owner of the firm, Akemi is also the head of design and project management. Her background in the arts informs her approach to crafting thoughtful interfaces that balance beauty with technical performance and extensibility. She was a fellow of the Good Work Institute and is a contributor to the Shopify Partner’s Blog.

Please register by Tuesday, January 19th at 5pm. After registration closes, we will send a Zoom link to all registered participants. If you are unable to register, please contact Sarah at info@sandboxhawaii.org to be added to the waitlist.
