Since this format worked well last time, we’re going to do another round. Five minutes to discuss each question with a partner and share career stories, dos/don’ts, and advice, then we swap partners (until you’ve had a chance to talk with everyone). Minimal awkward small chat, maximum in-depth career convos. It’s a great way to meet the other women in the group and get the inspiration/guidance/venting that you need.
