Civil Beat is excited to bring you another place-based Hawaii Storytellers.

This Windward Oahu storytelling event will feature community members from Koolaupoko and take place at Palikū Theater on the campus of Windward Community College.

The doors will open at 6 p.m. and the storytellers will begin at 7 p.m. Come when doors open to enjoy interactive activities, food and music.

Featured Storytellers:

Kuʻulani Keohokalole (Miyashiro) – Founder of People Strategies Hawaii

Mahealani Cypher – Cultural Consultant, board member of Koʻolau Foundation

Taurie Kinoshita – Director, playwright and teacher at Windward Community College

Keliʻi Kotubetey – Assistant Executive Director at Paepae o He`eia

Keliko Hoe – Owner of Waiahole Poi Factory
