IEEE Summit on Communications Futures

The 2020 edition of the IEEE Summit on Communications Futures continues as the IEEE’s premier event for distinguished professionals with broad expertise to present their vision of the future. The one-day summit, hosted by the IEEE Industry Engagement Committee, will examine the intersection of technologies including optical networking, satellite communications, artificial intelligence, and future use cases in public safety, cybersecurity, and drones/UAVs, as well as standards for ethics in deploying autonomous and intelligent systems.

Building on the success of ComFutures 2018 (comfutures2018.ieee-comfutures.org) and 2019 (comfutures2019.ieee-comfutures.org ), the 2020 edition of the IEEE Summit on Communications Futures continues as the IEEE’s premier event for distinguished professionals with broad expertise to present their vision of the future.
